The real friction is usually not library usage. It is validation, time allocation, and task framing.

难点是同时处理两类病灶的“是否存在”判断和像素级分割:病灶形状复杂,且无病灶时也必须为每张测试图像生成全白掩码。提交还必须严格按 Atrophy、detach 文件夹结构、原图名称及 PNG 格式组织结果。
