仅新疆农业职业技术大学全体在校学生；个人参赛，每人仅1件作品，可有1名指导教师。
每人限一件作品，可多次迭代；初赛按截止前历史最高版本计分。报名及初赛截至10月23日，决赛作品截至11月5日，11月6日答辩、11月7日公布结果。ZIP不超过200MB，含源码、演示视频、方案文档、CodeArts使用记录和可复现README。官方明确赛事Token由主办方统一承担，参赛者无需自费；不等同其他云服务无限免费。
