支气管镜检查是呼吸系统疾病的重要检查方法，通过回收支气管肺泡灌洗液并进行细胞分类计数，能够提示呼吸疾病的性质，有助于明确诊断。传统的细胞分类计数均以人工进行，工作效率较低，也因技术人员的经验差异存在一定程度的错误。为了能够提高细胞分类计数的工作效率，并减少因经验差异而造成的识别错误，需要利用目标检测等人工智能技术对支气管肺泡灌洗液中的细胞进行分类和计数。 Official track: 计算机视觉. Sponsor: 北京大学人民医院呼吸与危重症医学科实验室. Teams entered: 149.
