Before you commit: 核心难点是在不同分辨率的眼底彩照中精确回归黄斑中央凹的 x、y 坐标，并尽量缩小与专家金标准坐标的欧式距离。提交还必须严格生成指定名称的 CSV，并按 T0001.jpg 至 T0400.jpg 的顺序写入全部测试图像结果。
